Thank you for your e-mail, which has given me great encouragement.

I have watched your staff video on your website. It seems to me that the main motivation of your staff is money.

Have you heard of Maslow’s theory of motivation?

He argues that we have nine needs:

Biological: i.e food, air, etc.
Safety needs
Affiliation needs (having a mate to go down the pub with)
Esteem (feeling like you are doing alright thank you)
The need to know and understand
Aesthetic needs
Transcendence
Freedom of enquiry or expression
Self Actualization


It seems that most of the people on your staff video are not interested in self-actualization, only money.

Could you please clarify whether marcusevans would consider other needs outside wealth?

It's Friday night, so we did the usual takeaway, bottle of wine, etc.

We also watched The Wicker Man which is one of my favourite films.

Billy Elliott (Makes me cry every time)

I am really struggling with the fifth film.

Sorry, but it may have to be Grease.
